Geraldine C. (Wishart) Peel

PEEL, GERALDINE C., 82, Northern Cambria, passed away March 25, 2024, at home.  Born March 26, 1941, in Los Angeles County California, the daughter of Clarence D. and Martha (Drummond) Wishart.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, Alexander Peel; and son, Daniel Peel.  Survived by daughter, Carol A. (Kevin) Stibich, Fullerton, CA; son, William (Elizabeth) Peel, Northern Cambria; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  Also survived by sister, Emeral Ritter, Alabama.  Formerly employed as a bank teller.  Member of Goodridge Church of God.  Geraldine enjoyed helping others and she happily volunteered for many activities through the years.  She was a trip leader, organized bible study groups, taught children’s bible school, and helped with church dinners.   In her free time, she enjoyed travel, reading, bowling and bird watching.  Family and friends will be received from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service at 6:00 p.m.  Monday, April 1, 2024, at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc. Northern Cambria.  Pastor Greg McDonald officiating.  Interment, McDowell Cemetery.
