A life-long farmer, Ralph was the epitome of a hard-working family man. He was the 5th generation farmer at Barr Ridge Farms where he worked with his father and brothers. His sons and grandchildren now continue the tradition. He devoted his life to family tradition and together with Mary Beth, they raised their family according to those same values of hard work, faith, family, friends, and farming. He loved and appreciated the outdoors, an avid hunter who enjoyed watching his grandchildren grow and become enthusiastic hunters themselves. He was a life member of the NRA. Ralph was an active member of the Nicktown community and member of the Nicktown Fire Company and “Team Leader of the Nicktown Annual Bologna Boil”. He especially loved family get-togethers on the farm and the many traditions they passed on through the years. He will be deeply missed.
