GUTILLA, PHYLLIS, 73, Spangler, passed away February 23, 2017, at her home. Born September 29, 1943, in Spangler, the daughter of Morris and Esther (Owens) Thomas. Preceded in death by parents; first husband, Michael McCall; brothers, Russel and William Thomas; and sisters, Mildred Zarnesky and Marie DeSalvo. Survived by children, Michael McCall, husband of Michelle (Novella), Northern Cambria; Tammy, wife of Harry Soulsby, Ohio; Anita, wife of Joseph Weakland, Northern Cambria; and Scott (Kassie) Tantlinger, Dover, PA; grandchildren, Ashley, Joey, Lakin, Brad, Cassidy and Michael and great-grandchildren, Tenley, Gavin, Leah, Owen and Tyson.. Sister of Mary Jo Overby, Ohio. Phyllis is also survived by special friend, Peggy, and niece, Jan and her husband Scott. She was very active in the Foster Grandparent Program of Cambria County. At the request of the deceased there will be no viewing or visitation. Committal, St. Patrick Cemetery. Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria in charge of arrangements.
