He is survived by father and step-mother, Albert C. and Margaret (Carroll) McCullough, Cresson; mother and step-father, Hazel L. (Pershing) and Kenneth Helmick; sister, Debra, wife of Daniel Bartlebaugh and twin brother, Roger McCullough, all of Cherry Tree; 2 nephews, a niece, 3 great-nieces; and uncle and aunt, Leroy and Iris Pershing, Northern Cambria.
