SHEREDY, SHIRLEY A., 80, Northern Cambria, passed away March 10, 2017, at home. Born July 5, 1936, in Spangler, the daughter of George and Elizabeth (Petrush) Domanick. Preceded in death by parents. Survived by loving husband of 59 years, Richard A. Sheredy; children, Richard Sheredy, husband of Erma (Konitsky), Hastings; David Sheredy, husband of Beckie (Diehl), Hagerstown, MD; Cynthia, wife of Paul Mazurak, Hastings; Lori Sheredy, Indiana County; and Michael Sheredy, husband of Beth (Baker), Cherry Tree; grandchildren, Rick III, Patricia and Angela Sheredy; Stephen Sheredy and Phillip Osborn; Cynthia (David) Holliday, Deanna, Krista and Shannon Mazurak; Ashley and Anissa Delfonso; and Bradlee, Bryce and Brynn Sheredy. Sister of Charles Domanick, Andros Islands; Don Domanick, Northern Cambria; Janet (John) Rizzo, Heilwood; Marilyn (Jack) Shabbick, Brunswick, OH; Patsy (Walter) Presloid, Hastings; and Sandy (Michael) DeRosa, Burke, VA. Shirley retired from Van Heusen Shirt Co. after working 30 years. Member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church. She also had a special devotion to Our Lady of Fatima. Shirley was a wonderful wife, mother, grandma and "Bubba", who was full of love for her family. She was an excellent cook and baker and worked hard on the farm. She taught by example and was the "rock of the family" raising her children to be hardworking, loving, and honest with strong faith in Jesus. Friends will be received from 4 - 8 p.m. Monday at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Prince of Peace Church. Fr.
