Tucker, Stephanie A., 92, Elmora (Bakerton), went to be with the Lord Sunday, October 30, 2016, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Born, January 11, 1924, the daughter of Norbert and Frances Manioc. She is the last surviving member of the Manioc family. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, of 68 years, Theodore "Teddy" Tucker; siblings, Julia Prasko, Helen Fox, John Manioc and Virginia Blackner. Left to cherish her memories are her children, Geraldine Gaston and her husband, Robert, Alverda; Mildred Konitsky, Carrolltown; Rosanne Menjivar, Nicktown; Theresa Kline and her husband Kenneth, Carrolltown; Cynthia Fetzer and her husband David, Johnstown; and Veronica Snyder and her husband Robert, Cresson; 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She looked forward to her daily calls from her special grandson, Matt, who was her handyman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Her greatest pleasures were her daughter's and their families providing them with much love and beautiful memories. Above all, she was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She was a beautiful gift to all who knew her and will be missed immensely but never forgotten. Stephanie was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Carrolltown. She retired from Miners Hospital housekeeping department. Her happiest moments, however, were spent in her home and kitchen passing on the traditions of homemade pierogies, stuffed cabbage and delicious potato cakes. She enjoyed listening to the polkas on Sunday mornings and watching baseball games and figure skating on television. The Tucker family would like to thank Dr. Dvorchak and a very special nurse, Amanda Hoover, who was her guardian angel, as well as nurses Laura and Mary. Friends will be received from 4 - 8 p.m. Monday at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria and from 9:15 a.m. until time of funeral mass at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Benedict Catholic Church. Fr.
