LOWMASTER, ADRIAN A., 82, Carrolltown, passed away March 26, 2025, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born June 25, 1942, in Barnesboro, the son of George F. and Grace (Luther) Lowmaster. Preceded in death by parents; brother, Gerald Lowmaster; sister, Tammy Yost; granddaughter, Nicole Sokira; and great-grandson, Jebediah McCready. Survived by loving wife of 63 years, Martha (Whiteford) Lowmaster; son, Scott Lowmaster, Carrolltown; daughters, Beverly (Tom) Bender, Ebensburg; Linda (Donald) Hite, Carrolltown; and Sandy (Patrick) Sokira, Colver; also 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Brother of Sharon (George) Born, Glenn, Rodney, Brent (Grace), and Timothy (Donna) Lowmaster, all of Carrolltown; and Sheila Coffman, Hobart, OK. Adrian was a retired coalminer from Greenwich Collieries and a member of UMWA. He was a lifelong dairy farmer working alongside his father and brothers for generations. In his free time, he enjoyed riding his side-by-side on the farm, attending gun raffles, and well-known for his exceptional gardens. Family and friends will be received from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday, March 31, at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 1. Pastor Wes Yoder officiating. Interment will be in the Lowmaster family cemetery. Donations may be made in Adrian’s memory to American Diabetes Association or John Carroll Ambulance Association.
