MILLER, ALVIN W., 69, Vintondale, passed away May 1, 2022, at home. Born February 8, 1953, in Indiana, the son of Alvin A. and Dorothy (Liebold) Miller. Preceded in death by parents and sisters, Bonita Lee and Patricia Miller. Survived by children, Adelia Kristy (Nick) Jamison, Vintondale; Amanda Jo Fryer, Twin Rocks; and Alvin Joshua (Leslie) Miller, Portage; grandchildren, Trevor Jamison, Camden Jamison, Everitt Fryer, Treyton Jacobs, Tayleah Jacobs, Lexus Miller, Ryan (Erica) Willinsky; and great-grandchildren, Iris and Dane Willinsky. Brother of Dolores Miller, Nanty Glo. Also survived by his extended family, Dan, Becky, Aubrey, John, Hunter, Dem, Joe, Dale, Dave, Wayne, Eric, Heidi, and Bonnie; and nephews, Shawn (Erin) and T.J. (Nicole) and their families. Alvin will be greatly missed by his faithful companions, his dogs, Natalie, Baxter, and Sam. Formerly employed by Bethlehem Steel and R.L Trucking. Member of Nanty Glo Polish Club. Honoring Alvin’s wishes there will be no visitation or services. Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria in charge of arrangements. The Miller family wishes to extend grateful thanks to UPMC Hospice staff, Jamie, Patty and Pastor John for the wonderful care provided and special appreciation to Eric Fryer who provided excellent care and support during his illness.
