Arthur L. McDonald

McDONALD, ARTHUR L., 73, Northern Cambria, passed away February 24, 2021, at UPMC Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born November 15, 1947, in Carrolltown, the son of Mahlon and Bertha (Lute) McDonald.  Preceded in death by parents and brother, William L. McDonald.  Survived by loving wife of 35 years, Drucilla (Lowmaster) McDonald; brother, Robert McDoanld, Carlisle; sister-in-law, Joyce McDonald, Johnstown; and several nieces and nephews.  Art worked many years in the tax/accounting business as the owner/operator of Art’s Taxes in Northern Cambria.  He was also a dedicated clergyman who enjoyed many years helping others in the local area.  Art also enjoyed volunteering at the Cambria County Fair in the Agricultural Building. Member of Calvary Evangelical Church, Cherry Tree.  Friends will be received from 1pm to 4pm on Monday, March 1, 2021 at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria where funeral service will be held at 4 p.m.  Pastors Greg McDonald and Clint Persall officiating.  Committal, McDowell Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Art to Calvary Evangelical Church, 2922 Sylvis Road, Cherry Tree, PA  15724.
