Betty L. (Chordes) Krazalkovich

KRAZALKOVICH, BETTY L., 98, Northern Cambria, passed away May 30, 2025, at home.  Born April 26, 1927, in Barnesboro, the daughter of Frank and Zola (Whetherson) Chordes.  Preceded in death by parents; loving husband, John L. Krazalkovich; an infant son, daughter and son-in-law, Barbara Joyce (Bill) Whited; brothers, Robert & Floyd; and sisters, Fay & Jean.  Survived by son, Barry (Sherry) Krazalkovich, Flinton; grandchildren, Carrie (Paul) Rayba, Roy Whited (Shari), Bill (Carrie) Whited; great-grandchildren, Mason Oaks, Noah Smith, Kyle Whited (Hope), Matt Smith; and great-great-grandchildren, Harrison Oaks and Nina Whited. Betty adored children and considered many others her “honorary grandkids”.   Sister of Barbara (Ray) Ludwig, York; Shirley Yonkoske, AK; Donna Hupfer, MD; Darlene Morgan, Northern Cambria.  Betty worked many years as an EKG Technician at Miners Hospital in Spangler.  She loved taking care of her family and was a loving wife, mother, and grandma.  She enjoyed time spent with her family, watching wrestling on TV, doing puzzle books and cooking.  She will be missed by all who loved her.  But especially her granddaughter, Carrie; great grandsons, Mason Oaks, Noah Smith, who took care of her for the last 3 years.  Great Great Harrison and grand dog Anubis who stayed with her providing care and companionship.  All services will be private for the Krazalkovich family.  All arrangements made by Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria.
