Betty L. (Tubo) Wojno

WOJNO, BETTY L., 84, Hastings, passed away December 22, 2020, at home.  Born March 1, 1936, in Emeigh, the daughter of Camille and Irene (Stewart) Tubo.  Preceded in death by parents; loving husband, Blair Wojno, who died March 9, 2020; daughter, Karen Wojno; and brothers, Camey, Thomas and James Tubo.  Survived by children, Larry (Monica) Wojno, Hastings; Arlene Wojno, Emeigh; Kenneth Wojno, Claysburg; grandchildren, Kirk (Stephanie), Shane (Brenna), Brooke, Kristen, Zachary, Cole, Melissa (Brett), and Brenton; and great-grandsons, Cam, Blake, Beckett, Wyatt and Westin.  Also survived by sisters, Marie (John) Wojno, Hastings; Janet Rematt Carrolltown; Cathy (Ray) Wilson, Damascus, MD; and brother, Ronnie (Mary) Tubo, Hastings.  Betty was a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews.  Her family was her priority, a loving wife, kind and gentle mother and grandmother, she truly enjoyed time spent with family.  She and Blair devoted 39 years to caring for their daughter with special-needs, Karen.  She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.   A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Thursday December 31, 2020, at Prince of Peace Catholic Church.  Fr.
