Carol Arotin Obituary

Arotin, Carol A.,79,  Northern Cambria, passed away May 18, 2023, in Indiana.  Born August 16, 1943, in Spangler, the daughter of John and Catherine (Marshall) Fedelschak.  Preceded in death by parents; loving husband, Eli M. Arotin, who died March 2, 2022; and sister and brother-in-law, Jean and Joe Hayes.  Survived by daughter, Lynn, wife of Tom Wagner, Indiana; Michael, husband of Sonya (Lockard), Indiana; grandchildren, Katie, Jack, Blaine, Amy, and Allisyn; and many members of the Arotin family.  Carol was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed a simple life.  She was happiest at home surrounded by her children and grandchildren, cooking and preparing their favorite meals and treats.  She will be deeply missed.  Friends will be received from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Monday, May 22, at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 23, at Prince of Peace Catholic Church.  Fr. Mark Groeger, officiating.  Committal, St. Patrick Cemetery.  The family wishes to thank the staff of The Communities at Indian Haven for their excellent care and compassion throughout her illness.
