Charles P. Lynn

Lynn, Charles P., “Charlie”, 74, Hastings, passed away May 22, 2026, in Hastings, with his loving wife by his side.  Born, May 6, 1952, in Spangler.  The son of Patrick and Martha (Angert) Lynn.  Preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Joseph Lynn.  Survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Barbara (Carlson) Lynn.  Charlie was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church, Hastings; Hastings Fire club; Loyal Order of the Moose.  He graduated from St. Bernard grade school; and was a St. Vincent Prep and St. Vincent College Alumni.  He enjoyed playing softball for many local area teams and was an expert flooring mechanic.  Friends will be received from 4:00 – 7:00 pm, Thursday, at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria and from 10:00 – 10:45 am, Friday at St. Bernard Church, with funeral mass at 11:00 am.  Fr. Thaddeus E. Rettger, O.S.B., officiating.  Interment, St. Boniface cemetery.
