BISCHOFF III, CHARLES MELVIN, 65, Northern Cambria, passed away April 13, 2022, at his home. Born July 26, 1956, in Baltimore, Maryland, the son of Melvin and Joanne Ella (Bahr) Bischoff. Preceded in death by brother, Brian Bischoff. Survived by his parents; son, Jason Bischoff, IL; and sister, Fran Boothe. Formerly employed as a truck driver. Charles was an excellent and caring father. In his free time, he enjoyed biking, playing guitar, and harmonica. As a survival expert, he enjoyed with sharing tips with his son and sending supplies to him. He loved animals and cared for stray cats. Honoring Charles’s wishes there will be no services.
