Clare Ann (Leslie) Siford

SIFORD, CLARE ANN, 62, Northern Cambria, passed away September 12, 2021, in the home she loved and filled with loved, surrounded by the family that adored her.  Born July 18, 1959, in Spangler, the daughter of Clair and Agnes (Most) Leslie. Preceded in death by parents and brother-in-law, Tim Polites.  Survived by loving husband of 39 years, John H. Siford Jr.; sons, Richard Novella III, fiancé of Beverly Lloyd; Robert (Amber) Novella; and John (Danielle) Siford, all of Northern Cambria; and daughter, Susan (Skyler) Eckenrode, Hastings; and twelve grandchildren.  Sister of Mickie Polites, Bakerton; Mary Jo (Dave) Podratsky, Johnstown; and Linda (Tom) Yeaglin, Bakerton.  Also survived by mother-in-law, Betty Siford, Burnside.  Clare Ann was a devoted wife and mother who cherished her family above all.  She was always there for all of them and would sacrifice everything to ensure they were happy and cared for. Her grandchildren, who lovingly called her “Baba”, were the focus of her life, she was always there to shower them with love, special goodies, and unending attention.  The cornerstone of the family, Clare Ann went out of her way to make frequent family gatherings held at her home, special and filled with love.  She was an outstanding cook, and her special dishes and family meals will be forever missed.  She was a special woman, her good heart, caring nature, and devotion to family made a lasting impact on all she knew.  Honoring her wishes there will be no public visitation or services.  Interment North Barnesboro Cemetery.  Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc.
