CORSON, DANIEL R. SR., 70, Northern Cambria, passed away November 28, 2022, at home. Born April 13, 1952, in Spangler, the son of Robert and Emma (Mock) Corson. Preceded in death by parents, and siblings, Wilda, Helen, Joyce, Edgar, Robert, Kenneth, and Fred. Survived by companion, Edna (Beckel) Griffiths; son, Daniel R. Corson Jr., both of Northern Cambria; stepdaughters, Joy Griffiths, Mahaffey; Darlene Griffiths, Northern Cambria; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Brother of Betty Corson, Nanty Glo; Michael “Mike” Corson, Northern Cambria. Dan was formerly employed by Hastings Machine Company. In his free time, he enjoyed playing the guitar, fishing, and walking in the woods. He had a talent for drawing and created beautiful drawings of cars and outdoor scenery. Honoring his wishes there will be no visitation or services. Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria in charge of arrangements.
