Daniel P. Gray

GRAY, DANIEL P., 67, Gallitzin, formerly of Northern Cambria, passed away July 1, 2025.  Born November 25, 1957, in Spangler, the son of James and Irene (Borlie) Gray.  Preceded in death by parents and brother, Tim Gray.  Survived by children, Daniel Gray, Pittsburgh; Matthew Gray, Munster; and Theresa Devine, Pittsburgh.  Brother of Kathleen (Gary) Koeck, Altoona; Mary Ann (Gerald) Davis, Gallitzin; Kenneth (Kimberly) Gray, Northern Cambria; Kevin (Carol) Gray, Duncannon; Dennis Gray, Hastings; and many nieces and nephews.  Dan worked many years in the logging industry and enjoyed working on the dairy farm of his grandparents throughout the years.  He lived a simple life and just liked being close to home.  A funeral mass will be held at Basilica of St. Michael the Archangel of Loretto, Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., the Very Rev. Fr. John Byrnes officiating.   Interment, St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Cresson.  Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc. Northern Cambria in charge of arrangements.
