David P. Swanson Jr.

SWANSON, DAVID P. Jr., 33, Emeigh, passed away August 11, 2020.  Born October 19, 1986, in Spangler, the son of David Sr. and Bobbie Jo (Meray) Swanson of Emeigh.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by children, Aubri, Kingston and David P. Swanson III, and their mother, Nicole Williams, all of Northern Cambria; sister, Kayla (David II) Livingston, Cherry Tree; brothers, Tyler Gaston, Northern Cambria; Nantai Gaston, Emeigh; nephews, Landon & Axle Livingston and “Big Sis”, Angela Dickey, Capon Bridge, WV.  Also survived by grandfather, Robert Meray, Northern Cambria; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and their families.  Employed by M & K Transport and Contracting, Inc.   2005 Graduate of Northern Cambria High School.  Attended Admiral Peary Vo-tech for auto mechanics.  Social member of Barnesboro American Legion and VFW.  David enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his children and family.  Friends will be received from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 19, at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc. Northern Cambria, where a funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday.  Pastor Greg McDonald officiating.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
