DAY, DIANA JEAN, 76, Northern Cambria, passed away August 30, 2022, at home. Born August 3, 1946, in Johnstown, the daughter of Roy and Pearl (Barrett) Michaels. Preceded in death by parents; son, Steven Day; and brother, James Michaels. Survived by loving husband of 51 years, George Day; children, Kim (Tom) Stefanik, Richland; David (Karen) Day, Ebensburg; Lori (John) Patrick, Latrobe; and Allen Jr. (Shannon) Day, Northern Cambria; also, nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Sister of Howard (Deb) Welch, MS; Carol (Michael) Shidler, IN; Barb Springman, OH; and Shirley Michaels, Saxton, PA. Honoring Diana’s request all services will be held privately for the Day family. Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria in charge of arrangements.
