KAPELUCH, EDWARD P., 87, Northern Cambria, passed away May 3, 2022, at home. Born August 17, 1934, in Bakerton, the son of Anthony and Catherine (Nyles) Kapeluch. Preceded in death by parents; son-in-law, Michael Peterson; and several brothers and sisters. Survived by loving wife of 64 years, Shirley Ann (Mitchell) Kapeluch; sons, Richard “Rick” (Patricia) Kapeluch and Kevin (Mary) Kapeluch, both of Ohio; daughter, Karen Peterson, South Carolina; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Also survived by sister, Laura Abrams, Northern Cambria, and Anthony (Betty) Kapeluch, Ohio. US Army Veteran and member of Spangler VFW Post 7508. Member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Honoring Ed’s wishes there will be no public viewing or visitation. A memorial mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Holy Cross Chapel, Northern Cambria. Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc. Northern Cambria in charge of arrangements.
