Edward Lee Westover

WESTOVER, EDWARD LEE, 81, Cherry Tree, passed away June 28, 2026, at Indiana Regional Medical Center, Indiana.  Born October 13, 1944, in Spangler, the son of Ivan and Naomi (McDonald) Westover.  Preceded in death by parents; wife, Jennie (Shaw) Westover; daughter, Patricia Westover; son, Fred Westover; brother, Fred Westover; and sisters, Nancy Davis and Lois Patterson.  Survived by sons, Edward (Cindy) Westover Jr., Kansas; and Terry (Heather) Westover, Mentcle; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.   Also survived by siblings, Ernie Westover, Alverda; Joann Boring, Northern Cambria; Carol Gow, MI; Bettie Zahoransky, Punxsutawney; Francis “Butch” Westover, Northern Cambria; and Annette Weiland, Northern Cambria.  Ed was a retired coal miner.  Member of Alverda Christian Church.  In his free time, Ed enjoyed trains, John Deere tractors, working in his yard, and tending to his garden.  He found joy in the simple things in life, especially being outdoors and keeping busy around his home.  At the request of the deceased, there will be no visitation or services.  Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria, handling all arrangements.
