Elsie M. Williams

WILLIAMS, ELSIE M., 70, Northern Cambria, passed away November 18, 2021, at Miners Medical Center, Hastings.  Born November 4, 1951, in Spangler, the daughter of Kenneth D. and Betty (Bartlebaugh) Bailey.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, Emery Williams Jr.; brother, Kenneth R. Bailey; and sisters, Martha Bartlebaugh and Dora West.  Survived by children, Michael Stephanic Jr., Houtzdale; James Stephanic, Belle Vernon; Ann O’Dellick, fiance of Cory Cannarsa, Altoona; and Willie Williams, husband of Sarah, Bellwood.  13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren with another on the way.  Also survived by companion, Richard Mitory, Northern Cambria; sisters, Sarah Peacock, DelRay, WV; Margaret Sager, Elkland; and Betty Bailey, Mt. Union.  Elsie was a wonderful grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.  She also enjoyed Bingo, playing cards and puzzle books.    Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Monday at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria, where funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday.  Interment, McDowell Cemetery.
