George R. Janosko

JANOSKO, GEORGE R., 74, Penn Run, passed away peacefully in his sleep, May 4, 2020, at home.  Born September 30, 1945, in Connecticut, the son of Yorgie and Mary (Gaydos) Janosko.  Preceded in death by parents; and loving wife, Joann C. Janosko, who died May 1, 2017.  Survived by son, George (Michele) Janosko, Berlin Center, OH; daughter, Antoinette (Garry)Kibler, Jr., Warven, OH; grandsons, Carter Kibler and Gavin Janosko and numerous nieces and nephews.  He will be sadly missed by his beloved German Shepherd, Ziva. US Navy Veteran.  Retired Electrical Engineer for Westinghouse Corp.  George enjoyed swimming at the YMCA for many years and hanging out with his buddy, Fred, woking on engines.  His devotion was to his family, a loving husband, father and grandfather, who made spending time with his grandsons a priority.  No public visitation or services due to current health restraints.  A private service will be held for the Janosko family at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria.
