BAKER, GERMAINE B. SR. “Jerry”, 79, Patton, passed away December 29, 2025, at Conemaugh Crichton Rehabilitation Center in Johnstown. Born May 24, 1946, in Spangler, the son of Clarence R. “Dick” and Ellen J. (Boggan) Baker. Preceded in death by parents, wife, Theresa (Kopera) Baker, sisters, Barbara Gobert, and Rosemary Baker. Survived by children, Joseph Baker, Patton; Germaine “Jerry” Baker, husband of Teresa, Northern Cambria; Jason Baker, husband of Lisa, Hastings; and Justine, wife of Brian Lefebure, Nicktown; grandchildren, Curtis Baker, husband of Amanda; Pam, wife of Mike Kraniak; Jason Baker Jr.; Kaitlyn, wife of Alex Kirsch; Taylor Lefebure and ten great-grandchildren. He worked as a coal miner for Bethlehem 33, and later in heating and plumbing for Boslet’s, as well as at the Sunoco station in Patton. Jerry enjoyed Colorado hunting trips, fishing, canning, and gardening. Family and friends will be received from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service at 7:00 p.m., Friday, January 2, 2026, at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria.
