Irene (Switlick) Ferensic

Ferensic, Irene, 79, Northern Cambria, passed away March 31, 2021, at home.  Born April 23, 1941, in Colver, the daughter of John and Theresa Switlick.  Preceded in death by parents; brother, Charles Switlick; and sister, Mary Bagwell.  Survived by loving husband of 58 years, Ronald R. Ferensic; son, Stephen Ferensic; daughter, Kimberely Ferensic; and grandsons, Joshua and Cody.  Also survived by sister, Helen Klezek, Revloc. Formerly employed at Rebecca Manor Personal Care Home where she enjoyed working as an aide caring for residents as well as cleaning and decorating at the facility.   Irene also enjoyed flower gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.  Friends will be received Monday, April 5, 2021, at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., from 3:00 p.m. until time of service at 5:00 p.m.   Pastor Marty Cartmell officiating.
