KIRSCH, JAMES P., 90, Northern Cambria, passed away July 1, 2020, at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born March 3, 1930, in Barr Twp., the son of Jacob and Lucy (McCarty) Kirsch. Preceded in death by parents; infant son, Ronald James; grandson, Andrew Kirsch; brothers, Gerald, Irvin, Richard, B. Max, Florentz and Vincent Kirsch; sisters, Mary Regina Kirsch and Camilla Wolfe. Survived by loving wife of 65 years, Mary Louise (Born) Kirsch; children, Margaret, wife of David Hegemann, Cresson; John E. Kirsch, N. Cambria; Daniel, husband of Jennifer (Conner) Kirsch, N. Cambria; Russ, husband of Janice (Freidhof) Kirsch, Northern Cambria; Donna, wife of Cliff Lamont, Ligonier; fourteen granchildren and four great-grandsons. Also survived by sisters, Lucille Hoover, Hastings; Anna Mae Knechtel, FL; Ruth (Ed) Born, Hastings; and brother, Tim (Carol) Kirsch, IN. Member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church and Holy Name Society. Self-employed carpenter. A private service will be held for the Kirsch family at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria. with Fr. Jeremiah Lange, OSB, PhD officiating. Interment, St. Nicholas Cemetery.
