KOLLAR, JAMES C., 90, Northern Cambria, passed away March 4, 2023. Born February 17, 1933, the son of Andrew and Mary (Adams) Kollar. Preceded in death by parents; brother, Bernard Kollar, baby sister, Mary Betts Kollar; son-in-law, Richard Semelsberger; and brother-in-law, John “Jack” Adams. Survived by daughters, Debra Semelsberger, Hastings; Patricia Ross, Curwensville; Mary (Ron) Tubo, Hastings; son, Edward (Cathy) Kollar, Pottstown; grandchildren, Rick, Nicole, Olivia, Eddie, Cindy, Amanda, Blair, Adrienne, and Janelle; and great-grandchildren, Storm, Natalie, Liam, Colby, Phoebe, Tyler, Jeremy, Alyssa, Morgan and Tesla. Brother of John Kollar, Hastings and Joy Adams, VT. Also survived by several nieces and nephews, especially, Bruce, Barbie, Joyce, and Kara Kollar who were always there for him. US Army Veteran of the Korean War and member of Bakerton VFW. Retired after many years as a mechanic in the trucking industry. Life member of the NRA and Rembrandt Club.
