Jane Ann (Hall) Brothers

BROTHERS, JANE ANN, 87, Westover, passed away December 20, 2025, at home.  Born April 18, 1938, in Spangler, the last surviving member of the Robert and Ethel (Lamar) Hall family.  Preceded in death by parents and siblings, Ron Hall, Betty Hall Westover, Sam Hall, and Irene Hall Sybert.  Survived by loving husband of 67 years, Samuel L. Brothers, who she married July 21, 1958, in Winchester, VA; sons, Robert Brothers (Linda), Indiana; and Roger Brothers (Kristie), Patton; grandson, Trevor Brothers; sisters-in-law, Mildred Hoffower, Emporium; Dorothy Olson, Junction City, KS; Nancy Brothers, Mifflintown; and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was formerly employed as a clerk for the G.C. Murphy Co.   Jane was a member of the Calvary Bethel Church and also attended Emeigh Methodist Church.  She was very active in her church and a member of the Christian Missionary Helpers where enjoyed being able to serve others through ministries of this organization.  She was a member of the Golden Age Club in Westover, enjoyed spending time doing crossword and word search puzzles, painting and coloring.  She enjoyed traveling in her younger years. Family and friends will be received at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc. Northern Cambria on Monday, December 22, 2025, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.  Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.  Lay pastor, Cheryl Lutch officiating.  Committal, East Ridge Cemetery.
