John J. Leamer

LEAMER, JOHN, 76, Cherry Tree, passed away January 8, 2024, at Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital, Johnstown.  Born September 21, 1947, in Uniontown, the son of Benjamin Earl and Mary (Wilson) Leamer.  Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Earl Jr., Alvin, and Harry Leamer; sisters, Jean Schirff, Isabel Deyarmin, and Carol Anderson.  Survived by loving wife of 54 years, Mildred Carlene (Pearce) Leamer, Cherry Tree; sons, Richard Leamer, Seymour, IN; Jason Leamer, Cherry Tree; and Matthew Leamer, Mitchell, IN.  Also survived by brother, Ray Leamer, Lexington, IN; and sister, Lois Misner, Glen Campbell.  Family and friends will be received from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 p.m. Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria where a service will be held at 8:00 p.m.  Rev. Donald Carpenter officiating.
