Kenneth C. Lamont

LAMONT, KENNETH C., 57, Northern Cambria, passed away June 12, 2024, at UPMC Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born August 21, 1966, in Spangler, the son of Thomas and Sheila (Sharbaugh) Lamont.  Preceded in death by parents and in-laws, Joseph and Ruby Depto.  Survived by loving wife of 29 ½ years, Sharon (Depto) Lamont, Northern Cambria; siblings, Thomas (Emily) Lamont, Waterford; Timothy Lamont, Mundy’s Corner; Larry (Nancy) Lamont, Bakerton; Colleen (Mark) Farrell, Northern Cambria; Debbie (Bill) Farrell, Northern Cambria; Cliff (Donna) Lamont; Brian Lamont, Bakerton; Glen (Heather) Lamont, Red Lion; Jennifer (Bob) Gregory, Flinton; brother-in-law, Mark Depto, Northern Cambria; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Employed by Spill Tech as a Warehouse Worker.  Member of Bakerton Rod and Gun Club.  Kenny loved spending time outdoors, going to camp, hunting, fishing and shooting archery.  He also loved planting his garden every year, helping his neighbors, and watching ball games.  Above all, he was a kind and loving husband, faithful brother, uncle, and friend who always placed the needs of family and others first.  He will be deeply missed, especially by his kitties, Pete, Lizzy, Maggie, and Molly.  Family and friends will be received from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, June 16, 2024, at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 17, 2024.  Inurnment, North Barnesboro Cemetery.
