Lisa M. (Smith) Little

LITTLE, LISA MARIE, 48, Nicktown, passed away August 8, 2021, at Conemaugh Memorial Hospital, Johnstown.  Born August 4, 1973, in Altoona, the daughter of James and Pauline (Farabaugh) Smith, of Nicktown.  In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband of 18 years, Daniel Little; sisters, Norma, wife of Dr. Kevin Krug; Nancy, wife of Mark Boring; and Daniel Smith, husband of Stephanie (Makin), all of Nicktown; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jude Daniel and Wanda (Long) Little, Gallitzin; sister-in-law, Crystal Little and Brandie Plasket, Denver; and nieces and nephews, Kaylee, Garrett, Aaron, Jessica, Brooke, Brad, Sebastian and Waylon.  A 1995 graduate of St. Francis University.  Employed as a math teacher at Northern Cambria School District for more than 20 years.  She also served as an instructor of the Upward Bound Program through St. Francis University for several years.  Member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Nicktown.  Lisa was happiest spending time camping with her husband and family.  She loved the holidays and going Christmas shopping with her mom and sisters and watching Hallmark Christmas movies.  Family and friends will be received from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated at noon Friday, August 13, at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Nicktown.  Fr. Jeremiah Lange, OSB, celebrant.  Committal, church cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Lisa to Conemaugh Cancer Center, Johnstown.
