Lynn Ann (Price) Luka

LUKA, LYNN ANN, 71, Northern Cambria, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, November 23, 2025, at home.  Born May 3, 1954, in Exeter, New Hampshire, the daughter of Robert and Virginia (Kozicki) Price.  Preceded in death by father and brothers, Robert and Steven Price; brother-in-law, Joseph Luka; beloved dog, Baxter and many other family pets. Lynn married Robert “Bob” Luka on March 5, 1976, and together they shared 46 years of marriage until his passing on July 20, 2022.  She is survived by her mother, Virginia Price, Carrolltown; children, Robert Luka and spouse Gary Yuhas, Brattleboro, VT; Dr. Jenna Luka-Kapello and spouse John Kapello, Pittsburgh; and Carrie and husband Nick Pavelko, Indiana; grandchildren, Devon (Morgan) Luka, Fort Drum, NY; Nicholas and Gabe Pavelko, Indiana; and step-granddaughter, Aurora Kapello, Portage.  Also survived by siblings, Karen (Mike) Kopera, Patton; Vincent Price, Patton; Leah (Malcom) McClay, Easton, PA; and Jeannette Price, Carrolltown; sisters-in-law, Karen Price, Carrolltown; Dorothy Luka, Hermitage; and Barb Fasoli, Bakerton; many dear nieces and nephews and “grand-pups” Molly and Samantha.  Lynn was a devoted mother to her children, a loving and patient caretaker for her husband during more recent years and valued her family above all else.  The family wishes to thank special neighbors, Joe and Barb Boone and Geno and Peg Arotin, life-long friend Susan Klemann for 50 years of friendship, and everyone that reached out with words of love and support during this most difficult time.  Honoring Lynn’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service.  In lieu of flowers please donate to a favorite charity.  Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria in charge of arrangements.
