Mae E. Sabella

SABELLA, MAE E., 86, Northern Cambria, passed away November 11, 2021. Born November 15, 1934, in Barnesboro, the daughter of James J. and Elizabeth (Maggs) Sabella.  Preceded in death by parents; siblings, Nicholas Sabella, Dorothy (John) Lubert, Romane Sabella, Joyce (Pete) Lubert, Eleanor Zemlock Anderson; and Elizabeth Shuller Griner; and sister-in-law, Delores Sabella.  Survived by brother, James J. Sabella, Northern Cambria; brother-in-law, Dave Anderson; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Gunner.   Mae worked many years in the family business, Sabella’s Restaurant, alongside her mother and sisters.  Friends will be received from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria where funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday.  James Whited, lay minister officiating.  Committal, North Barnesboro Cemetery.
