Mark T. Lechene

LECHENE, MARK T., 72, Patton, passed away November 4, 2025, at Conemaugh Miners Medical Center, Hastings.  Born, July 26, 1953, in Warren, MI.  The son of Leo and Rose Marie (Hoste) Lechene.  Preceded in death by his parents.  Survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Diane (Diehl) Lechene, sons, Craig Lechene, North Carolina; Nathan (Wanda) Lechene, Flinton; Eric (Jennifer) Lechene, Houston, PA; Tim (Katie) Lechene, Beaver Falls, PA; grandchildren, Bella, Corbin, Evan, Eli, Owen, Amsey, AJ, Ariana and Oliver.  Brother of Louise Lechene, South Carolina; Leon Lechene, Cherry Tree; Kevin Lechene, South Carolina; John Lechene, Patton; Annette Ebbs, Northern Cambria; Suzette Lechene, Gettysburg; Mary Bennett, Shelocta; Denise Botsford, Indiana, PA; and Tom Lechene, Etters.  Mark was a husband, father, grandfather, a deacon in his church and 30-year Township Supervisor for Chest Township.   His light shined brightly through his love of family, service to others and his sense of humor.  Member of Patton Presbyterian Church, board member at Rock Run Recreation, self-employed Heavy Equipment A/C Repair technician and partner in L & L Service and Supply.  Friends and family will be received from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m., Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria.  Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday at Patton Presbyterian Church, Pastor Alice Tondora, officiating.  Interment will be in the family cemetery.
