Patrick J. Hoover

HOOVER, PATRICK J. “Pat”, 75, Port Orange, FL, native of Spangler, passed away March 17, 2022, in Florida.  Born October 25, 1946, son of the late Devon and Ethel (Brown) Hoover.  Preceded in death by parents; sister, Maryann Valeria; brother-in-law, John Valeria; and son-in-law, Mark Pellas.  Survived by wife, Victoria (Basso) Hoover, FL; daughter, Tami Pellas, MD; son, Eric (Andrea) Hoover, VA; stepdaughters, Lynn Cirelli (Louis) Favoretto and Kristina (David) Cole; grandchildren, Brooke, Summer, Eric Jr., Sara, Taylor, Uneque, Ava, and Luca; and great-grandchildren, Kristine, Mitchell, Fin, Oliver and Everett.  Brother of Frances (Herm) Morris, Mentor, OH; Jean (Richard) Dumm, Nicktown; Richard (Ellen) Hoover, Northern Cambria; Gwendolyn Hoover, Ebensburg; Theresa (George) Brown, Nicktown; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Patrick was a wonderful and devoted father, husband, and grandfather.  Spending time with his grandchildren and family brought him great happiness.  He will be deeply missed by family and loved ones.  US Army Veteran.  Retired Fuel Delivery contractor, most recently working for Joint Base Andrews Fuel Services. Honoring Patrick’s request, there will be no public viewing or service.  Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc. Northern Cambria in charge of arrangements.
