HAMPTON, PAUL D., 72, Ebensburg, passed away November 14, 2020, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born December 4, 1947, in Mt. Union, the son of the late Clarence and Lila (Murphy) Hampton. Survived by loving wife of 45 years, Lena (Crimaldi) Hampton; son, Matthew (Kristen) Hampton, Blue Bell and two grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Ethan; step-children, Jerry (Joann) Ranck, Nicktown; and Lisa (Mike) Novella, Northern Cambria; 7 step-grandchildren and 14 step-great-grandchildren. Brother of Ken Hampton, Huntingdon; Theresa Zagy, Rick Hampton and Mike Hampton, all of State College; and Kevin Hampton, Mt. Union. Paul loved his work as a Design Engineer/Architect for L. Robert Kimball & Assoc. and was extremely proud of many of his projects, including the design and engineer of the Chambersburg Mall, The Atherton Hilton in State College and Moriconi Funeral Home in Northern Cambria. At this time there will be no viewing or services due to current health concerns. A memorial service will be planned for a future date. Interment, Mt. Union Cemetery. Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria in charge of arrangements.
