Phyllis J. (Claycomb) Holtz

HOLTZ, PHYLLIS  J., 85, Johnstown, passed away August 24, 2024, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.  Born May 14, 1939, in Bedford, the daughter of Byron and Elsie (Feathers) Claycomb.  Preceded in death by husband, Daniel Holtz.  Survived by son, Rodney (Pattie) Holtz, Nanty Glo; grandchildren, Malorie (Philip) Powers, Corey Holtz, Brandon, Holtz, Stephanie Kraus, Kaitlyn (Alan) Best, step-granddaughter, Olivia Divittorio; and great-granddaughter, Mackenzie Krause.  Also survived by sister, Sharon (Robert) Edkin, Harrisburg.   Member of St. Benedict Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.  Phyllis loved being outside in her garden and planting flowers.  She took great pride in her home and liked to clean.  She especially loved her cats.  Honoring her request there will be no viewing or services.  Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc.
