Ronald L. Wombacher

WOMBACHER, RONALD L., 77, Hastings, passed away March 6, 2024, at home.  Born October 5, 1946, in Altoona, the son of Alan and Mary (Diamond) Wombacher.  Preceded in death by parents; first wife, Carol (Hillard); and sister, Phyllis Smith.  Survived by wife, Carol A. (Kibler) Wombacher, Hastings; children, Ronald Wombacher Jr., Flinton; Lori Able, Alverda; Randy Wombacher, Bellwood; and Tammie Wombacher, Bellwood; and grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher, Kristen, Katelyn, and Alyssa.  Also survived by brothers, George Wombacher, Three Springs and Larry Wombacher, Bellwood.  Ron was employed for many years as an auto mechanic and truck driver. Member of the Bellwood Eagles and Patton Eagles Clubs.  In his free time, he loved being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and going to camp.  No visitation or services at the request of the deceased. A celebration of life and graveside service will be held at a future date.  Interment, St. Boniface Cemetery.  Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc. Northern Cambria in charge of arrangements.
