Rose C. (Krouse) Yahnert

YAHNERT, ROSE C., 74, Colver, passed away September 26, 2025, at home surrounded by her loving family.   Born September 15, 1951, in Spangler, the daughter of Charles Krouse and Helen (Spotts ) Krouse Puleo.  Preceded in death by parents and infant sisters, Mona Rae and Roxanne Krouse.  Survived by loving husband of 54 years, Milroy Jerome Yahnert; son Milroy Yahnert Jr., Colver; daughters, Joanne, wife of David Walls, Salix; and Tracey McGinnis and boyfriend, Con, Colver; also 8 and 14 great-grandchildren.  Sister of Chuck Krouse, Patton; Mary Pavlick, Watkins, and Dorothy “Puddy” Faulk, Blairsville.   Rose formerly worked as a seamstress and later as a caregiver at St. Benedict Manor.  Rose loved spending quality time with her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Family and friends will be received from 11:00 a.m. until service at 12 noon, Tuesday, September 30, at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria.  Interment, North Barnesboro Cemetery.  Special Thank you to Penn Hospice and their team for all the care and support.
