TRYBUS, STANLEY P., 69, Northern Cambria, passed away November 13, 2021, at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown, with his loving family by his side. Born August 14, 1952, in Spangler, the son of Peter and Marcella (Pawlikowski) Trybus. Preceded in death by parents and sister Rose Marie Trybus. Survived by loving wife of 47 years, Donna (Gaston) Trybus, Northern Cambria; children, Michael (Kristi) Trybus, Northern Cambria; Jennifer (Jason) Butler, Mahaffey; Matthew (Laura) Trybus, Pittsburgh; grandchildren, Taylor & Ally Trybus and Addison & Abrielle Butler. Brother of Thomas Trybus, St. Benedict; and Edward (Teri) Trybus, Damascus, MD. Retired Solutions Specialist from Erie Tech. Member of Prince of Peace Church, former member of St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church. Northern Cambria High School Graduate. US Navy Veteran. Stanley was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, father-in-law, and friend. He enjoyed attending his granddaughters’ sporting events, spending time with family, telling jokes, train trips and car shows. Active in his community, Stanley was a former Assistant Chief of Spangler Fire Company and President of Veteran’s Memorial Ambulance Associations Board of Directors. Family and friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, November 17, at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, November 18, at Prince of Peace Church. Fr. Mark Groeger, officiating. Committal, St. Nicholas Cemetery. Military honors by local veterans organizations. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or Shriners Hospital for children.
