POLISKY, TERESA V., 100, Northern Cambria, passed away December 15, 2020, at Haida Health & Rehabilitation Center, Hastings.  Born September 5, 1920, in Carrolltown, the daughter of the late William and Agnes (Ringwalski) Frederick; preceded in death by parents; husband, John Polisky; daughters, Shirley Vallery and Virginia Crowell; son, John Polisky; two great-grandchildren; siblings, Leo, Francis and Bernard Frederick, Catherine Symosky, Mary Bahleda, Agnes Vermeulin and Margaret Voegtle.  Survived by daughter, Theresa Moore, Carrolltown;  5 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.  Member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Carrolltown; former member of Spangler Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. December 22nd, 2020, at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Carrolltown.  Committal, St. Benedict Cemetery.  Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria in charge of arrangements.
