LACEY, THOMAS J. 86, N. Miama Beach, FL, formerly of Carrolltown, passed away at James E. Zandt Medical Center on October 1, 2024. Family and friends will be received from 12 noon until time of service at 1:00 p.m. with Fr. Michael Gabler O.S.B. followed by Military Services on Saturday, October 19, 2024. Military Honors by local veterans organizations.
