SEVEGAN, TIFFANY ANN, 24, Northern Cambria, passed away October 27, 2023.  Born June 14, 1999, the daughter of Steven and Tammy Sevegan.  Preceded in death by sister, Candice.  Survived by parents; daughter, Cadence Kelly; brothers, Steven Jr. and Shawn Sevegan; boyfriend, Nash Kelly; paternal grandmother, Carrie Ann Hazie; and Nash’s family, William “Bill” and Deborah Kelly; and Jessica Illuzzi.  Employed by Quality Life Service.  Tiffany loved her daughter and being a mother.  Private services will be held for the Sevegan family.  Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria in charge of arrangements.
