LANEY, TRENT J., 59, Northern Cambria, passed away July 26, 2020. Born June 19, 1961, in Spangler, the son of Marlin and Betty (Cooper) Laney. Preceded in death by parents; and sister, Wendy Laney. Survived by daughter, Erica Statler, wife of Mark Gray, Carrolltown; and granddaughter, Lillian Statler. Also survived by theses brothers and sisters: Wanda Swanson and Larry Laney, both of Northern Cambria; Janie Clark, Mahaffey; Dale Laney, Northern Cambria; Melodi Finochio, Altoona; Timothy Laney, Northern Cambria; Nathan Laney, Cherry Tree; Troy Laney and Jodi Laney, both of Elmora. Trent worked in construction as an independent contractor. Private services will be at the convenience of the Laney family. Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc. Northern Cambria, in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Laney family.
