VASILE, VICKI JO, 57, Northern Cambria, passed away suddenly, April 3, 2026. Born September 28, 1968, in Spangler, the daughter of the late Walter “Buster” and Marian (Thomas) Wojno. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Travis Wojno. She is survived by her loving husband of 21 years, Robert Vasile; sons, Scott (Aubrey) Gray and Todd (Sarah) Gray, both of Northern Cambria; and grandchildren, Kennedy, Patrick, and Harper who were their “Mi Mi’s” absolute greatest joy in life. Sister of Lisa Selestok (Paul), Northern Cambria and Kelli (Brian) Trostle, Lebanon, PA; and a wonderful aunt to Derek Selestok (Michaela), Bryan (Maggie) Bowman, Kelsey (Chris) Mensch, and Tiffany “Sam” Bowman. She is also survived by a sister-in-law, Melissa Vasile of Coalport; and her former husband, Kenneth Gray, with whom she built a solid family based on kindness and respect as co-parents who always made their children and grandchildren their priority. Vicki was employed as the Housing Manager for Northern Cambria Community Development Corp. where she helped countless individuals maintain a stable home and safe environment when they needed it most. She used her natural strengths of confidence and reliability to put others at ease, and she thrived in the work she did with the team at NCCDC. She previously was employed for many years at CNB Bank. In the community she supported many organizations and events and was a member of Northern Cambria Borough Council where she tried to represent all borough residents fairly. Above all, it was her life at home with her husband, children and grandchildren that made her happiest. She was everyone’s “Rock” and source of strength in hard times -- and also the first person everyone wanted to share all their celebrations and achievements with. She never tired in her willingness to lend a hand or step in when help was needed. She will be eternally missed but her legacy is alive in her sons and grandchildren. Family and friends will be received from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m.
