Victoria Buterbaugh

BUTERBAUGH, VICTORIA 72, Cherry Tree, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away with her family by her side on July 15, 2023.  Born in Nicktown, PA, she was a daughter of Walter and Edith Kirsch.  Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Walter, Len, Philip and Roger Kirsch; and sisters, Dorothy Bellish, MaryAnn Wargo and Jean Brown. Vici graduated from Bishop Carroll High School and furthered her education obtaining a nursing degree.  She worked many years as a secretary for Prudential Insurance and Arin IU28.  She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Thomas Buterbaugh; sons, Chad (Tracy) Buterbaugh and Tommy (Magen) Buterbaugh; grandchildren, Anna, Owen, and Carter; and sisters, Julia Wagner, Debbie Kovalick, and Sharon Terrizzi.  Vici loved spending time with her family, especially beach trips, taking long walks, and attending grandchildren’s events.  She enjoyed spending the winter months in Florida and any trips that involved riding the Harley.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
