PERRONE, VINCENT “Vinnie”, 39, Northern Cambria. It is with great sadness the Perrone family announces the loss of their youngest son, Vinnie, following a seven-year battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). He is now free from the pain and suffering he courageously endured for these years. Born November 17, 1983, in Spangler, the son of Tony and Diane (Galiczynski) Perrone of Northern Cambria. He is preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Frank and Della Perrone, and maternal grandfather, Carl Galiczynski. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers, Tony (Christen) Perrone, Ebensburg, and Frank Perrone (Kody Krestar), Northern Cambria; nieces and nephews, Eliana Perrone, Skyler Shope, Angelina, Natalia, and Antonino Perrone; maternal grandmother, Lillian Galiczynski; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Also survived by his very special friends Cody Flora and Britni Peterman who remained an important part of his life throughout his illness. Vinnie loved music, photography and watching movies with his family and friends. Honoring his wishes all services will be held privately. The Perrone family wishes to thank their family and friends for their love and support throughout the years, and to the employees and staff of Bayada Nursing and 365 Hospice, their constant help and excellent care allowed for Vinnie to remain at home with his family. In Vinnie’s memory, they would also like to ask others to reach out and help family or friends who may be experiencing a difficult time, as small gestures mean a great deal to families at these times. Memorial donations may be made to the ALS Foundation or a local Animal Shelter. Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., in charge of arrangements.
