Vincent F. Rietscha IV

RIETSCHA, VINCENT F. IV,  6, Ebensburg, passed away March 20, 2023, at Children’s Hospital Pittsburgh.  Vinnie was born October 14, 2016, in Johnstown, the cherished son of Vincent F. III and Bethany E. (Hutchison) Rietscha, of Ebensburg.  Preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Barbara (Gadd) Hutchison.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by paternal grandfather, Vincent F. Rietscha Jr.; paternal grandmother, Susan (Mazurak) Rietscha, both of Nicktown; maternal grandfather, Harry A. Hutchison, Butler; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Vinnie was a kindergarten student at the Northern Cambria Elementary School where he had many friends.  He loved learning taekwondo and was a member of the American Taekwondo Assoc., having competed in his first tournament on Saturday.  He also played Tee-Ball with the NCSB and shot BB-gun in the Barr Twp. BB-gun league.  He was a loving little boy, full of energy, with bright eyes and an irresistible smile.  He brought joy and happiness to the lives of his parents, family, and everyone he met.  Family and friends will be received at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria from 3:00 -8:00 p.m. Friday, March 24 and from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at noon Saturday, March 25, Fr. Jeremiah Lange, OSB, PhD, officiating.   Committal, St. Nicholas Cemetery.
