KRUMENACKER, WILLIAM “Bill”, 85, Fredericksburg, VA, native of Nicktown, died July 3, 2023. Born March 31, 1938, the son of William and Florence (Lohr) Krumenacker. Preceded in death by parents; loving wife, Nancy (Malicky) Krumenacker; son, Wayne Krumenacker; and brother, James Krumenacker. He is survived by siblings, Richard “Dick” (Mary Ann) Krumenacker, Silver Spring, MD and Barbara (John) Sidwar, Berryville, VA; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Following high school graduation, Bill served in the US Army, and earned a degree from Penn State University. He relocated his family to Fredericksburg, VA and worked many years for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Bill was a true patriot who lived his life serving others and trying to make his country a better and safer place to live. Following the death of his wife, he married Jennifer Weddle. Bill cared deeply for the people he loved, and he enjoyed sharing with them the stories of his travels and life accomplishments. When his health confined him to his home, he stayed true to his Catholic faith and watched church on TV each Sunday. He also enjoyed music and listening to hymns. His faith brought him great comfort. Family and friends are invited to a memorial mass which will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 8, 2023, at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Nicktown, PA. Fr.
